2. Surfactant for metal cleaning
The metal surface cleaning is to remove all kinds of grease, acid, alkali, salt, dust and other solid dirt and liquid dirt on the metal surface.
Metal cleaning agents include: water-based cleaners, solvent cleaners, and alkaline cleaners.
2.1 Surfactants for water-based metal cleaners
The principle of the application of surfactants in water-based metal cleaners is through the wetting, penetration, emulsification, dispersion, solubilization and other properties of surfactants, so that the adhesion of oil stains on metal surfaces is reduced or offset, through mechanical and physical methods. Accelerated oil removal from the metal surface into the lotion is emulsified, dispersed and suspended or increased in the sol bundle.
Water-based metal cleaning also needs to add inorganic additives: corrosion inhibitors, cosolvents, foam stabilizers, defoamers, fillers and so on.
Formulation: nonylphenol polyvinyl chloride (20) ether 80% oleic acid 8% triacetic acid amine 8% boric acid triacetic acid amide 8% oxalic acid monobutyl ether 8% silicone defoamer 0.2% water balance diluted when used To 5% Note: The above percentages are mass ratios.
2.2 Surfactants for Alkaline Metal Cleaners
In order to improve the detergency of alkaline cleaners, a small amount of surfactant is added to emulsify the mineral oil that cannot undergo saponification reaction into the lotion.

3 Surfactants for phosphating
Surfactants in the phosphating process can make the phosphating film crystal fine, dense and surface conditioning effects.

4 Surfactant for pickling
During the pickling process, a large amount of acid mist will be generated, which will affect the health of the workers and pollute the environment. At the same time, it will also corrode the plant and equipment. In order to increase the effect of acid washing and prevent acid corrosion, the sulfuric acid in the acid solution Adding surfactants to hydrochloric acid can achieve suppression of acid mist, speed up pickling and prevent over-corrosion.
Formulation: 1-10% hydrochloric acid 1-8% nonylphenol polyoxyethylene 0.1-20%.
