Selecting the applicable medicine to control the bacterial base rot of rice

The bacterial base rot of rice is caused by the infection of D. sphaeroides, and has been heavier in southern rice areas in recent years. Chemical control is one of the main measures to prevent and control the disease. The most commonly used medicine for production is streptomycin sulfate for agricultural use, but farmers often report poor control. In order to screen high-efficiency drugs for preventing and treating this disease, the author selected 10 kinds of fungicides for field efficacy test.

The test reagents were 3% mesomycin wettable powder, 25% lycopene copper water agent, 20% bronopol alcohol suspension, 72% agricultural streptomycin sulfate wettable powder, 3% thiazolone wettable powder. , 20% thiazole zinc suspension, 40% Chunlei thiazole zinc suspension, 46% copper hydroxide water dispersion granules, 50% chlorobromoisocyanuric wettable powder, 20% thiabend copper suspension, respectively The recommended dosage is applied, and 50 kg of water per acre is sprayed. Two independent experiments were conducted, which were carried out in the tillering and booting stages of rice.

The test results show that the above drugs have certain control effects on rice bacterial base rot. In the tillering treatment, the control effects of thiabendone and Chunlei thiazole zinc were 83.2% and 65.7%, respectively, which was significantly higher than the 37.9% control effect of agricultural streptomycin sulfate, and the prevention of other drugs and agricultural streptomycin sulfate. There was no significant difference in efficacy. In the application process at booting stage, the control effect of 9 kinds of drugs was significantly higher than that of agricultural streptomycin sulfate (control effect was 37.6%), of which the most effective control effect of tarthonone was 73.7%, and the control effect of other drugs was higher than 60. There are 4 kinds of %, from high to low, respectively, Chunlei thiazole zinc, copper amide, zinc thiazole and neutrophin. For the prevention and treatment of bacterial base rot in rice, the above bactericide can be used alternately, and thiazolone and Chunlei thiazole zinc are preferred as an alternative medicine.
