Appropriate increase speed; (2) seal a large number of leaks, first check whether the bearing is damaged, if not bad, check the oil seal and replace; (3) Safety Valve opening pressure is too low, adjust the safety valve plug to meet the required pressure; (4) Loss is too large, the main parts of the vane pump such as: eccentric pump cover, end caps, rotors, blades and other wear is too large then replace the parts; Third, vibration and noise (1) bearing damage, replace the bearing; Heart and drive shaft is not the same, the offset is too large, adjust the pump shaft and drive shaft concentricity, so that the tilt angle of not more than 7 degrees; (3) Vane pump foot loose, fastening oil pump anchor bolts; (4) Eccentric Set of wear and tear is too large, replace the eccentric sleeve; four double pump changes difficult, gear not on (1) the pressure is too low or electromagnetic valve failure, increase the pressure or replace the
Solenoid Valve; (2) Flexible, adjusted and lubricated or replaced.
