The specific conditions are classified as primary and secondary, flexible construction is arranged, and there is no need to rely on, which saves a lot of construction time and ensures that the progress of the project is controlled.
On October 18 last year, Baling Petrochemical started the construction of a 497 million yuan capital-based caprolactam plant, which is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of this year. The project, which is an important subproject for chemical construction of Baling Petrochemical's “Five-reform, Seven-build, and one-for-one†special chemical construction, adopts the second-generation caprolactam green environmental protection technology with independent intellectual property rights and leading international standards. The production of 140,000 tons of caprolactam plant has been tapped and rebuilt to an annual output of 200,000 tons, becoming the largest similar device in the country. The project will build a new 80,000 tons/year cyclohexanone unit, 70,000 tons/year cyclohexanone oxime unit, 100,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide unit, and fill in the entire process. After the project is completed and put into production, it will speed up the upgrading of production technology.
