If you receive the message "I am a notary from XX Provincial Notary Office, congratulations, your mobile phone or phone number has won the XX prize in the XX lottery, the prize is a car", please think first For a few seconds, think about whether you put your phone number into a lottery or participate in any activities. If not, please do not reply.

8. If you receive an unknown phone number or hang up after two rings, do not reply casually. Some of the numbers at the beginning of 0941 and 0951 (Gansu and Ningxia area codes) are value-added pay phones. When receiving calls from these two numbers or strange calls, you must carefully check and reply.

9. Someone called to say that your child was kidnapped and demanded a ransom. There was even a cry of the child on the phone.
