1. Insufficient material or litter. Moderately adjust until the parts are filled.
2. The barrel temperature is too low. When the material temperature is low, the viscosity of the melt is large, and the resistance is large when filling the mold. The material temperature can be appropriately increased to enhance the fluidity of the melt.
3. The injection pressure or speed is too low. The filling process of the melt in the cavity lacks sufficient driving force to continue to flow to the remote. Increase the injection pressure so that the melt in the cavity is always fully pressurized and replenished before condensation hardening.
4. Insufficient injection time. It takes a certain amount of time to inject a complete weight of the part. If the time is insufficient, it means that the injection volume is insufficient, and the injection time is increased until the part is filled.
5. Improper pressure. Mainly due to premature pressure conversion, that is, the pressure adjustment switching point is adjusted too large, and the remaining amount of material is supplemented by the pressure holding pressure, which inevitably makes the weight of the workpiece insufficient and the injection is insufficient. The pressure-holding position should be re-adjusted to the optimum point. To make the parts complete.
6. The mold temperature is too low. When the shape and thickness of the part vary greatly, an excessively low mold temperature consumes excessive injection pressure, appropriately increases the mold temperature or resets the mold water channel.
7. The nozzle and the mold gate are not well matched. When the injection is over, the nozzle overflows, part of the amount is lost, and the mold is re-adjusted to make it fit well with the nozzle.
8. The nozzle hole is damaged or partially blocked. When the seat is retracted, the nozzle and the mold are continuously impacted for a long time, so that the injection hole becomes smaller and smaller, that is, the flow passage becomes smaller, and the area specific volume of the strip increases, which causes the cold material to block the nozzle hole. Or consume too much injection pressure. The nozzle should be removed for repair or cleaning, and the position of the shooter should be reset appropriately to reduce the impact force to a reasonable value.
9. The rubber ring is worn. The anti-reverse ring and the thrust ring on the screw head have a large wear gap, and cannot be effectively cut off during the injection, so that the melted material at the front end is countercurrently flowed, and the injection component is lost, resulting in incomplete parts.
The method of verifying the rubber ring wear is completed: after the completion of the last cycle injection, the manual operation mode is switched, and the injection pressure and speed are adjusted to a lower value, and then the storage is completed. At this time, when the manual execution of the glue is observed, the advancement of the screw position indicator is hindered, that is, the degree of leakage of the rubber ring is checked. The less the resistance, the greater the degree of leakage.
For the rubber ring with a large degree of wear, it should be replaced as soon as possible, otherwise the production will not be guaranteed.
10. The mold is poorly vented. During the injection process, the air in the cavity is too late to be discharged from the parting surface or the thimble gap, so that the last incoming melt is blocked by the continuously compressed high pressure in the cavity, leaving no resistance at the end of the flow. Defects of fusion.
A moderate exhaust passage is provided at the gas blocking position corresponding to the parting surface. If the choke position is not on the parting surface, the original shroud or thimble can be used to change the internal exhaust, or the gate position can be re-selected to allow the air to be discharged at the expected position.
11. The ribs are too thin or too deep. These are dead corners that are easy to store air. They are also difficult to mold. The ribs should be thickened or the root angle should be increased. The most thorough method is to add exhaust measures.
12. The runner or gate channel is uneven. Due to the continuous improvement of mold manufacturing technology and design level, the flow path design of single-head molding compound is mostly reasonable and meets the molding requirements. This refers to the multi-cavity flow channel distribution. Sometimes there are slight differences between the gates, which will result in uneven flow components injected into each cavity, so that some cavities are filled, and some cavities are still owed. .
