1. Connect the “AC380V power input” to the three-phase four-wire network. Connect the ground wire to the ground network. Never connect the ground wire to the neutral wire or access the housing of other equipment. It will bring great danger to the subsequent test work. It is known that after the device fails or the device shell is energized, if the operator touches the live body as if it were connected to a 380V power grid, the operator will be lost if the grounding is poor or there is no grounding. The protection will make operators as dangerous as access to the 380V power grid, which will cause great harm to the operators and cause serious deaths. Therefore, before use, you must check whether the grounding cable is in good contact and whether the grounding network you are connecting to is really connected to the earth. For your safety, please strictly follow the requirements.

2. When connecting AC380V power supply, it is necessary to cut off the power supply first, and then close the power supply after the wire is connected. At the same time, it should be noted that the hands must not touch the metal part of the wire when wiring, which will cause electric shock. The correct method is to cut off the main power supply first, and ensure that the wire and the power supply are connected reliably when the wire is not energized. After the connection, the personnel should not touch the wire again, and do not touch the non-insulated metal part.

1) Close the main power switch and press the closing button of the total loop control. At this time, the closing light is on, and then press the closing switch of the AC operation voltage control. At this time, the closing lamp of the AC operation voltage control is on. There is an output voltage for the AC operating voltage in the board. If the required voltage is 250V, just adjust the regulator to make the voltage 250V.

6) There are three insurances inside the equipment. If the meter is not displayed or overloaded after plugging in the main power supply, it may be burned out. Just replace the same specifications. However, if replacing oversized insurance is dangerous, it can cause damage to the equipment.

7)Capacitor cabinet test method: Connect the three-phase phase-shift output voltage on the rear panel of the console to the capacitor cabinet, close the main power supply, close the phase-shift output button, slowly adjust the voltage regulator, and the output voltage reaches After the voltage of the capacitor cabinet, start the phase shift function and look at the power factor meter. When the power factor drops, the capacitor cabinet should act.

8) After the test is completed, first turn the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, and then disconnect the power switch. After the discharge is completed, the line can be started.
