This competition combines the characteristics of the industry, the combination of theoretical knowledge test and 3D scenario simulation, through the preliminary test, the final assessment of dangerous goods road transport practitioners emergency department should know the knowledge should be. This can ensure safety and is comprehensive and intuitive, and can achieve the purpose of training in competition. The 3D scenario simulation system developed by the professional unit commissioned by the Beijing Municipal Safety Supervision Administration has become the biggest highlight of this competition. The system is centered on the driver and the escort. Based on the real accidents that have occurred in recent years, the atmospheric tanker that transports methanol is simulated in the road tunnel by a large truck to cause leakage and fire accidents, and emergency rescue and rescue are carried out. It is divided into six subjects: pre-vehicle safety inspection, vehicle breakdown and shutdown, on-site emergency disposal, on-site escape, accident report and assistance rescue. There are 25 assessment points.
From the field application effect, all the participants are the first to contact this competition mode. Most of the personnel have been able to operate and use the system more skillfully after simple training. Everyone showed great interest in such assessment and exercise methods, and hoped that there will be more opportunities for operation and practice in the future. This is the second time that the 3D simulation system has been applied in the professional skills competition following the mining professional rescue team skill competition in May this year. In the next step, the emergency department will strengthen cooperation with technical support units to further promote and apply this advanced technology.
