1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminology, definitions, instruments, specimens and standards, test procedures, parameter calculations, and test reports involved in the optical performance test of photovoltaic glass.
This standard applies to transparent conductive oxide glass, photovoltaic calendar glass haze, spectral transmittance, reflectance spectrum measurement and spectral haze, haze, transmittance, reflectance calculation.
2 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Transparent conductive oxide coadted glass
TCO glass TCO glass
A glass plated with a transparent conductive oxide film.
2.2
Haze haze
The ratio of the scattered light flux to the projected light flux that passes through the sample and deviates from the incident light direction by more than 2.5°.
2.3
Spectral distribution of haze
The haze value of the sample at different wavelengths.
3 Instruments
3.1 The instrument should contain the following parts:
- a stable light source system;
- Monochromator;
- Systems capable of producing parallel light with the same wavelength and intensity;
- For integrating spheres with photodetectors and entrances, an integrating sphere with a diameter of not less than 150mm should be used. When integrating spheres of other dimensions, the sum of the areas of all integrating sphere openings should be less than 4% of the inner sphere surface area;
- The integrating sphere reference light path is shown in Figure 1.
3.2 Instrument wavelength range should include 300nm ~ 1100nm.
3.3 The wavelength accuracy of the instrument does not exceed 1 nm.
3.4 The photometric accuracy of the instrument should not exceed 1% and the accuracy should not exceed 0.5%.
3.5 Geometry of illumination and detection: The angle between the optical axis of the illumination beam and the normal to the surface of the specimen shall not exceed 10°, and the angle between any bright and optical axis in the illumination beam shall not exceed 3°.
3.6 When using a single-beam instrument to measure the transmittance and achieve high accuracy, a standard version calibrated with a dual-beam instrument should be used.
4 Samples and Standards
4.1 Sample
Use TCO glass or photovoltaic calendered glass as the sample, the size should be prepared according to the requirements of the instrument, it is better to use 100mm × 100mm.
4.2 Standard Sample
4.2.1 Haze Spectrometry uses an air layer as a reference standard.
4.2.2 Spectral transmittance measurements using the air layer as a reference standard.
4.2.3 In the measurement of spectral reflectance, a reference whiteboard equipped with an instrument is used as a reference standard.
