Safety Operation Procedures (1) The operator of the machine must be educated and familiar with the process and equipment performance in order to drive.
(2) The lubrication system of the whole machine must be kept clear, otherwise it is not possible to drive. There is a fault in any part of the equipment and it is not possible to drive.
(3) The cooling system should meet the process requirements and it is not allowed to drive without cooling.
(4) The equipment is not allowed to work for a long time beyond the rated load.
(5) In the winter, the rubber that has been cooled or the charred rubber is not allowed to be used for feeding.
(6) Flammable and explosive materials, such as benzoyl peroxide, polyisobutylene (plastic), etc., cannot be operated in an internal mixer.
(7) When the temperature of each bearing bush is too high or the copper is finished, stop feeding immediately, refueling and flushing, but no parking is allowed, and should be reported to the leaders and relevant personnel. Stop when the side wall temperature exceeds 65 °C.
(8) Insufficient compressed air can not drive, so as to avoid the upper and lower top bolts stuck. If the mixed rubber and raw rubber are stuck in the upper and lower top bolts, they should be immediately stopped and cleared. If they cannot be stopped immediately if they fall into other debris, the upper and lower top bolts should be opened and discharged.
(9) Mixed neoprene rubber should be discharged immediately when the rubber is burnt.
(10) The lubricating oil of the oil pump oil cup should be replaced with the oil of the specified number.
(11) It is forbidden to put your head into the feeding port to observe and listen to the situation in the mixing room.
