This year, the company started the research and development of CNC precision machine tools, manufacturing, and industrialization of numerical control functional components. The total investment is planned to be about 2 billion yuan, and the mainframes and components will be cultivated. The main machine includes: CNC grinding machine (series gear grinding, series cylindrical grinding machine, series thread grinding and special grinding machine for auto parts); gantry compound machining center; high-precision vertical horizontal machining center; heavy-duty CNC machine tool; precision CNC lathe, turning Central class machine tools, etc. Focus on the development of key functional components and CNC systems, including: high-end CNC systems, high-speed ball screws and linear guides, CNC turntables, CNC complex tools.
The gradual implementation of these projects will consolidate the position of Shaanxi Qinchuan Machine Tool Group in the field of precision special equipment in the machine tool industry in China, and help the Group achieve its goal of achieving annual sales revenue of 10 billion yuan and rank among the top 50 domestic equipment manufacturing industries.
It is reported that in the first half of 2008, the company completed a total industrial output value of 1.56 billion yuan, an increase of 46.2%, completed sales income of 1.587 billion yuan, an increase of 42.9%, profits and taxes increased by 51.5%, a year-on-year increase of 80.0%. The above four economic indicators are ranked third in the national machine tool industry.
