In the turnkey robot system, CLOOS has introduced a CP pulse cold arc welding process for efficient thin plate welding. CLOOS's new high-end CP pulse arc welder GLC 353 QUINTO CP is also suitable for hand soldering. Its main feature is the very low heat input during the soldering process. The CP welding process thus significantly reduces the thermal denaturation of the workpiece and the thermal burning of the surface protective layer of the workpiece. Another significant advantage is that it optimizes the bridging ability of the weld to significantly increase the welding speed and increases the speed by 50% when welding aluminum parts. At the same time, the new welder minimizes weld spatter, eliminating the need for post-weld repairs. The 6-axis welding robot ROMAT 320 is equipped with an automatic tool change system that can efficiently convert between welding and workpiece handling: with a jaw, the programmable workpiece positioner can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the robot quickly switches to the torch. 2 Mass production using a coordinated ROMAT industrial robot

The new ROMAT 400 and ROMAT 350 robots showcased high-volume production capacities for different sizes of parts: the positioning robot is equipped with a jaw system that always keeps the workpiece in the best welding position, while the other robot is equipped with a welding gun that can simultaneously The workpiece is welded. The world's only FlexTorch robotic torch system, newly developed by CLOOS, has two independent control shafts on the torch holder that can be adjusted to the optimum torch attitude for different workpiece shapes and weld positions. Two programmable rotary/swing axes are controlled by the robot's controller, and the angle of the torch is adjusted by the swing of the shaft. This welding gun system will greatly increase the flexibility of robotic welding, especially in narrow welding spaces where it is difficult or impossible to access the weld with conventional robotic welding guns.
