Simple universal milling fixture

When we are processing the square or hexagonal head on the workpiece such as the butterfly valve shaft and the pressure equalizing ball, we often encounter problems of how to improve the work efficiency. The common feature of this type of workpiece is that the production batch is large, but the indexing accuracy is not high. It is neither economical nor convenient to use the universal indexing head as the fixture. To this end, we have designed a simple universal milling fixture to solve this contradiction.

TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizates) sheet is a kind of Fully vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic sheet.the material is made by santoprene.With advantage of application temperature range,easy to process products, high quality and dimensional accuracy,it widely be used in Automobile,louder speaker and gasket.
