Acetic acid market narrowing consolidation

Last week, the domestic market for acetic acid was mainly narrowed. Insufficient raw material boosting recently, the acetic acid plant started smoothly, the market supply was relatively loose, and downstream demand picked up slowly, and the transaction volume stagnated. However, the maintenance of the acetic acid unit in the later period will keep the acetic acid market in a narrow range.

Last week, the domestic acetic acid plant load increased, and the ex-factory price remained stable. The main acetic acid plant in Jiangsu started stable and the manufacturers sold well. The mainstream price was slightly raised to 2850-2950 yuan (ton price, the same below); the main acetic acid plant in Shandong was normal, and the manufacturers shipped in general, the mainstream factory price was 2850-2950 yuan; Henan's main acetic acid plant starts at about 80%, and the mainstream factory price is between 2850 and 2950 yuan.

The acetic acid market in East China is stable and the prices are narrowly sorted. The market demand picked up slowly, and the end-users were not willing to accept the goods. However, due to the maintenance of the main part of the local acetic acid plant in the later period, the trader’s offer remained steady. At present, the mainstream market price in East China is between RMB 2800 and RMB 3100.

The market demand for acetic acid in southern China was stable, and the price rose slightly. The arrival of the normal market, the lower plant operating rate has increased, buyers have a certain interest in goods, traders have a good mentality, shipping is relatively normal. The current mainstream market price is 3100-3200 yuan.

The price of acetic acid in North China has not changed much. The market was stable in stock supply, downstream demand was waiting for improvement, and there was little initiative to negotiate and the transaction volume was not enlarged. The mainstream price is between 2800 and 2900 yuan.
