The dissertation discusses the research work of using optical-electric coupling control mechanism to obtain the cell membrane capacitance and membrane conductance. In combination with light-induced electrohydraulic dynamics, a cell mechanics model was precisely established, and large-scale, label-free, non-invasive acquisition of electrical eigen-information information for cancer cells was achieved. Quantitative characterization of drug concentrations acting on cancer cells was achieved through membrane capacitance parameters. . The new method proposed in this study is expected to provide new technical support for research on stem cell differentiation, cell life cycle, and cell surgery.
