When an electric current passes through the human body, the muscle that is passed through the electricity contracts and produces paralysis. If the electric shocker happens to be a hand-carrying wire, the wire will be held tightly by the hand due to muscle contraction. At this point, the person has lost the ability to control this part of the muscle, so it is impossible to get rid of or release the wire.

At this point, the easiest way is to first power off, or let the electric shocker off the ground to insulate it from the ground. The hand of the electric shocker is then released and disengaged from the wire.

The specific approach is:
1. If the power switch or outlet is near an electric shock location, immediately pull the switch or pull out the plug. It should be noted that the wire switch or the manual switch can only control one wire, and sometimes the wire may be cut off by mistake and the power supply may not be disconnected.
2. If the location of the electric shock is away from the power switch, use a tool such as an insulated electrician's pliers or a sharp wooden handle (axe) to cut the wire. Remember, you can't cut two wires at the same time.
3. If the wire falls on the electric shock absorber or the electric shock body's body presses the wire, use dry clothes, gloves, ropes, wood boards and other insulation as tools to pull the electric shock or remove the wire.
4. If the electric shocker's clothes are dry and not tightly wrapped around the body, pull the clothes and pull them off the live part; do not directly pull the electric person's feet and body and contact the metal objects around them.
5. If the rescuer has a well-insulated long-handle tool in his hand, use it to pull the electric shocker's feet off the live part or pick up the wire.
6. If the electric shocker is lying on the ground, insert insulation such as insulating wood into the body of the electric shocker to isolate the human body from the earth.
