Yunlv Aluminum “40,000 tons/year high-strength aluminum alloy round bar production technology development” project won the Provincial Science and Technology Department project

Recently, the "40,000-ton/year high-strength aluminum alloy round bar production technology development project" organized and approved by Yunluo Aluminum Corporation was approved by the Provincial Science and Technology Department for approval. The project was included in the province's provincial plan for science and technology innovation and matched the provincial science and technology funding 500 Ten thousand yuan.

The “40,000-ton/year high-strength aluminum alloy round bar production technology development” project is Yunlv Company's “Regulation of Non-ferrous Metal Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan”, taking the road of new industrialization and circular economy development, implementing resource development and utilization and extending the industrial chain. Strategy, new product development projects to increase product technology content and added value, can effectively improve the company's aluminum deep processing technology level, turn resource advantages into economic advantages, and enhance the company's ability to resist risks.

The project started construction at the beginning of 2008 with a total investment of 111 million yuan. The main research and development technology is based on the introduction of the Continuus-Properzi company's continuous casting and rolling mills in the United States. It digests, absorbs, and reinvents process control and production technologies, and independently researches and develops "Yunlu 185" and "Yunlu 297" with independent intellectual property rights. Two alloy formulations and control technology, a new type of atomization quenching technology, etc., to solve the key technology of large-scale production of high-strength aluminum alloy round rod alloy formulations, the formation of a full set of production technology, to achieve industrial production.

This project will become the first production line for producing high-strength, large-span alloy electric round aluminum rods in China. Its products can replace the current alloy round aluminum rod products imported by China and fill the gap in domestic production technology of high-strength alloy round aluminum rods.
