The boiler hydraulic pressure test of the largest gangue power plant in Southwest China was successful

Recently, the largest coal-fired power plant in the southwest of China--Chongqing Coal Group Songzao Coal and Electricity Company No. 1 boiler of Lanshi Power Plant successfully passed the three-hour hydrostatic test.
It is understood that this boiler hydraulic pressure test is one of the three major nodes in the construction of the power plant. Through nearly a year of intense preparatory work, the construction of the main plant of the Lanshi Power Plant has been basically completed, the ancillary facilities are about to be completed, and various equipments are in place. In accordance with the principles of civil engineering, boilers, thermal control, water, and electrical distribution, more than 11,700 body welds and more than 100,000 pin welds of No. 1 boiler have been completed; the water treatment system temporarily puts the pump and booster pump in place. The main pipe is formed; the heat control part sampling tube, thermometer and socket are installed.
According to the person in charge of Songzao Coal and Electricity Company, after the successful pressure test of the boiler, the construction of the power plant has entered the stage of “reverse power transmission”. The power plant will be officially put into operation in April next year and will be connected to the Chongqing power grid. By then, it will ease the pressure on power supply in Chongqing.
