RTV foam silicone for soft train cushion is a two-component addition cure silicone, primarily for the production of a silicone foam seal, silicone foam sheet, seismic silicone foam sheet, silicone foam sheet, etc.

It has a high expansion and adhesion, ultra-low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, high insulation resistance,and has a good waterproof, heat insulation, sound insulation, shock compression functions.
 
 
Applications of RTV foam silicone for soft train cushion 
Polyurethane silicone foam rubber for seal leak -------Styrofoam is widely used in wide interface, crevice, crack sealing, insulation, padding, to heat, cold resistance, dry, sound and moisture. Partitions and ceilings as the gap between the gap, window frames, door frames, walls between the holes between the roof and chimneys, walls, ceilings, roof seal around the pipe and the wall of the hole and damage.
 
It can be used for bonding a variety of materials, such as metal, wood, stone, concrete and various composite materials.
 
Operations of RTV foam silicone for soft train cushion   :
Surface treatment:
No dust and grease ,appropriate spray some water on the surface of the adhesive can accelerate the speed, but to avoid the formation of large droplets.
 
Instructions of RTV foam silicone for soft train cushion  :
Shake the bottle ,  fill half the filling, 60 minutes later, the colloid will swell to its original 2-3 times. Large voids can be filled layers.
After use, the bottle should be placed upright.
Colloidal completely dryness, can be cut, polished, painted. If used outdoors, should be coated with a layer of protective colloid emulsifier.
