1. After the diesel engine water pump shaft and shaft sleeve are worn, the shaft can be restored to the standard size by electroplating or vibratory surfacing. At the same time, a new standard sleeve shaft can be replaced, or a new shaft sleeve can be replaced and the inner hole is reamed according to the size of the shaft Make the worn shaft and the new sleeve reach the standard fit clearance.
2. The pump shaft is supported by two rolling bearings. When the water pump shaft and the rolling bearing are loosened, the inner ring of the electroplated bearing can also be used to restore the coordination.
3. If the cooperation between the pump body seat hole and the bushing or rolling bearing is loose, the outer ring of the plating bearing can be restored to its standard fit according to the wear parts of different models, or the housing hole seat can be boring and reaming to eliminate wear Trace, and according to the hole diameter after reaming to prepare a bush with an enlarged outer diameter to restore its standard fit. If the hole seat of the pump body is seriously worn, it can also be repaired according to the situation. For cracks on the shell, a crack stop hole with a diameter of 2.5 mm can be drilled 5 mm away from the two ends of the extension line, and the V groove is opened along the crack, and the cast iron electrode is welded by oxygen-acetylene cold welding or manual arc cold welding. .
4. The aging or damage of the water blocking ring should be replaced. The water seal nut should be tightened for the water leakage of the submersible sewage pump. If the water seal nut is tightened, the water still leaks. This is the wear of the seal ring and the sealing seat surface, the rupture of the rubber water seal bowl and the failure of the water seal spring. If the sealing ring and the sealing bowl are damaged, the water seal assembly should be replaced; the end surface of the sealing ring is worn and can be ground;
