Under high vacuum conditions, metal aluminum melts and evaporates through high temperature, and aluminum vapor precipitates on the surface of the plastic film so that the surface of the plastic film has metallic luster. Because it has not only the characteristics of plastic film, but also the characteristics of metal, it is a kind of packaging material with low cost, beautiful appearance, excellent performance and strong practicality. At present, more commonly used aluminum plating films are mainly polyester film (VMPET) and CPP aluminum film (VMCPP). The role of aluminum on the surface of the film is to block light and prevent ultraviolet radiation, which not only prolongs the shelf life of the contents, but also improves the brightness of the film, replacing aluminum foil to some extent, and also has low cost, attractive appearance, and good barrier properties.
