1. The three-roll gate reads the card once, but passes many people in succession.
There are several reasons for such failures:
1) The signal that the user's card reader system outputs to the gate master is unstable (there is jitter, such as the relay output type read-write system), and the gate machine works in the reading card memory working mode (P08 = 0). The following methods can be used to eliminate the fault:
a) Switch the working mode of the gate machine to read without card. Refer to the appendix part of the instruction manual of the company's three roller gates for the specific method;
b) Delay the debounce circuit for the output signal of the card reading system;
The resetting tension spring of the positioning arm fails or the pulling force is insufficient, so that the positioning arm cannot be reliably reset and locked.
2, the three roller gate card reader is not normal.
This failure is mainly due to the loose connection between the card reading device and the main controller or the damage of the card reading device.
3. When the three-roll gate is energized or in use, the gate cannot be accurately locked.
The main cause of this failure is the breakage of the electromagnet or the disconnection of the electromagnet or loosening of the wiring, or the rupture of the shrapnel as shown in the figure above.
4. When the three-roller gate passes through the card reader, it will be unlocked in the other direction.
This failure is mainly caused by the damage of the lock photoelectric switch or loose wiring. After the replacement of the photoelectric switch is replaced, the operation of the addition and unlocking photoelectric switch is checked.
5. After the three-roller switch replaces the card reading device, the card reading is normal and the direction is indicated as the allowed passing state, but it cannot pass.
This failure is generally caused by the following reasons:
a) Synchronous toothed belt with breakage ------ Replace the broken synchronous toothed belt with the type of synchronous toothed belt;
b) The 5A fuse on the main control board of the three-roller gate is damaged;
c) The motor is damaged or the wiring is loose. When the motor is damaged and the motor is replaced, the direction of the motor must be inspected before the equipment is used.
d) Three roller gate master control board is damaged.
