The disadvantage of this method is that when the grating plate and the painting are picked up from the ground, due to the adsorption force of the ground, the printed image is often stretched, thereby causing misalignment, and the other four corners need to be tightened when pasted. On the contrary, there is no fixed effect, and this method is not advisable.

We recommend a more scientific alignment method, which requires a simple alignment frame (as shown below), which can be made by using a triangular iron. The shelf is 160-180cm in height and 80cm in width (can be flexibly set according to its own situation). 80 degrees or so, 120-130cm horizontally placed on a double-sided triangle with a width of about 10cm on both sides, the triangular iron angle is facing upwards (for easy placement of grating plates and glass, etc.), the rear of the shelf can be made of a correspondingly sized frame, placed inside On the fluorescent tube. A small piece of medium-sized glass can be placed on the tripod that protrudes from the front, so that we can print the tiled glass and place the grating plate for alignment.

The alignment method needs to pay attention to the fact that the height of the glass behind the print is slightly lower than the height of the grating plate. After we have the correct alignment, we can use three large book clips on the grating plate to fix the print. Of course, for a wide three-dimensional painting, we can fix it on the left or right side. This method has four advantages. The first advantage is that there is light behind the alignment, we see more clearly; the second advantage is that it is frontal. The distance can be arbitrarily moved; the third advantage is that after the fixation, the movement process is simple, the vertical method can be used to move the picture, and the adsorption force is reduced; the fourth advantage is that the large book clip is used instead of the tape to fix, and there is basically no movement. The print in the process is misplaced.
