Double clamp phase volt-ampere meter operation steps:
1 Digital double-clamp phase voltmeter measurement AC voltage
Move the rotary switch to the 500V limit corresponding to parameter U1, and measure the voltage from the U1 jack. If the measured value is less than 200V, you can directly rotate the switch to the corresponding 200V limit measurement of U1 to improve the measurement accuracy.
The SMG2000B digital double-clamp phase volt-ampere meter has the same voltage test characteristics. Therefore, the switch can be set to the corresponding limit of the parameter U2, and the measured voltage can be input from the U2 jack for measurement.
2 Measuring AC current
Set the rotary switch to the 5A corresponding to the parameter I1, and insert the clamped current transformer labeled 1# to the I1 jack. The jaws can be measured on the measured line. Similarly, if the measured value is less than 2A, the switch can be directly rotated to the corresponding 2A limit measurement of I1 to improve the measurement accuracy.
When measuring the current with the double-clamp digital phase voltmeter, the double-clamp phase volt-ampere meter can also set the rotary switch to the corresponding limit of the parameter I2. The measuring clamp labeled 2 # is connected to the I2 jack, and its jaws are stuck in the Measured on the measured line.
3 Measure the phase angle between two voltages
To measure the phase angle of U2 lag U1, set the switch to U1U2. During the measurement process, the switch can be turned clockwise at any time to the limit of parameter U1, and the U1 input voltage can be measured, or the counterclockwise rotation switch can be set to each limit of parameter U2 to measure the U2 input voltage.
Note: When the phase measurement voltage input jack is next to the same name as the end of the red jack, pincer current transformer from the side of the red "*" symbol for the end of the same name.
4 Measure the phase angle between the two currents
To measure the phase angle of I2 with I1, switch the switch to parameter I1I2. The double-clamp phase volt-ampere meter manufacturer can also rotate the switch clockwise at any time during the measurement process to the various limits of parameter I1, measure the I1 input current, or rotate the switch counterclockwise to the I2 limit, and measure the I2 input current.
5 Measure the phase angle between voltage and current
Input the voltage from U1, use the 2# measuring clamp to input the current from I2, switch to the position of parameter U1I2, measure the angle of the current lag voltage. During the test, the switch can be turned clockwise at any time until the current of each parameter of parameter I2 is measured, or the counter-clockwise rotation switch is used to measure the voltage of each parameter of parameter U1.
It is also possible to input the voltage from U2, input the current from I1 with a 1# measuring clamp, and switch to the position of parameter I1U2 to measure the angle of the voltage lagging current. In the same measurement, the switch can be turned at any time to measure the value of I1 or U2.
6 Three-phase three-wire distribution system phase sequence discrimination
The rotary switch is set to U1U2 position, and the phase A of the three-phase three-wire system is connected to the U1 jack. When B is the same, the ± jack corresponding to U1 and the ± jack corresponding to U2 are connected, and the phase C is connected to the U2 jack. If the measured phase angle is about 3000 at this time, the system under test is a positive phase sequence. If the measured phase angle is around 600, the system under test is a negative phase sequence.
For a different measurement method, connect phase A to the U1 jack. When B is the same, access the jack and U2 jack corresponding to U1. Connect phase C to the + jack corresponding to U2. At this time, if the measured phase value is 1200, it is a positive phase sequence. If the measured phase value is 2400, it is a negative phase sequence.
7 phase sequence discrimination of three-phase four-wire distribution system
Rotary switch is set to U1U2 position, and phase A is connected to U1 jack, phase B is connected to U2 jack, and neutral wire is connected to ± jack of two input circuits at the same time. If the phase display is 1200, it is a positive phase sequence. If the phase display is about 2400, it is a negative phase sequence.
