Spraying operations of concrete wet spraying machine Note: 1. When spraying, the gas must be opened and then the pump must be turned on. When stopping, the pump must be stopped and then turned off to prevent the cement slurry from entering the gas path.
2. After the spraying, the gas path must be opened at the end, and then the nozzle should be removed and put away.
3. In order to ensure the liquid suction capacity of the quick-setting coagulant pump, the coagulant pump gas path shall be opened first, and then the main gas path of the spray head shall be opened.
4. After the spraying, the quick-setting coagulant pump should be used to clear water for more than one minute to clean the pipeline to prevent the residual accelerator from blocking the pump.
5. The pipeline should be wetted before spraying for the first time in each class, and then the water should be controlled. The pipeline shall not be fully connected once. It should be seen that the mud will be driven for a short period of time before it is connected to the next section of the pipeline. Finally, the nozzle is connected and the preparation is started.
6, after a blockage should be back pump several cycles, and then try to pump. If it cannot be shot after several times of anti-pumping, it must be disassembled and cleaned. The pump must not be repeatedly forced to force the pump, otherwise it will compact the concrete, leading to blockage of all pipes and S pipes.
7. If the pump pressure rises, the master cylinder and swinging cylinder do not move, and the initial judgment is to block the pipe. Follow the step 6. If the anti-pump cannot move, the swing arm is stuck. At this time, the pump is not to be pumped. The pump shocked and caused the swing arm to move again.
8. If the nozzle is blocked (no longer venting), the pump should be stopped immediately. At this time, there is high pressure in the air path. The nozzle must not rush to the personnel to prevent danger. The air should be deflated first (can be vented by the accelerant pump air path) before removing the nozzle.
9. The accelerating agent pump has self-absorption phenomenon. When stopping for a long time (10 minutes), the accelerating agent pump suction pipe should be withdrawn from the barrel to avoid wasting the accelerating agent.
