1. The short-circuit tester method is the same as the method for finding the inter-turn short-circuit of the stator winding of the three-phase asynchronous motor. After the short-circuit tester is connected to the AC power supply, it is placed on a slot of the armature core and the broken saw blade is placed in other slots The mouth moves equally, when there is a large amplitude vibration, there is a short circuit fault in the winding element in the slot.

2. Apply 6.3V AC voltage (DC voltage can also be used) to the two commutating plates separated by K / 2 or K / 4, and use the two test leads of the millivolt meter to contact the two commutating plates of the commutator in turn. Detect the inter-chip voltage of the commutator. During the detection process, if it is found that the reading of the millivoltmeter suddenly becomes smaller, for example, the test reading between the two commutating pieces suddenly becomes smaller, it means that the armature winding element connected to the two commutating pieces has a turn-to-turn short circuit. If the voltage between the commutating slices is equal during the detection process, it means that there is no short circuit fault.
