1. What is the construction of a single-phase asynchronous motor?

The single-phase asynchronous motor is mainly composed of a stator, a rotor, an end cover, a bearing and a cover. The structural characteristics of the single-phase asynchronous motor are similar to those of the three-phase asynchronous motor, that is, the stator core and the winding that generate the rotating magnetic field and the rotor core and the winding that generate the induced electromotive force and current and form the electromagnetic torque. However, because the motor is used in different occasions, its structural form is also different.

Second, the motor is worn out, the bearing is very worn, how to replace it?

The maintenance of the spherical oil-bearing bearing of the motor is convenient. As long as the fastening Screw on the bearing cap is removed, it can be repaired and replaced. Before the bearing is installed, check the elastic pressure of the bearing clamp. The pressure is too small, the elasticity is not enough, and the chipping is also replaced. After the bearing is installed, it cannot be loosened in the seat.

Ball bearings should be replaced with special tools, such as "Lama", which cannot be pulled hard. The new bearing should be immersed in gasoline to wash off the anti-rust oil. After drying, apply grease (butter). When installing, the bearing should be sleeved at the end of the shaft, and there must be no deflection. Then, with the steel tube sleeve, the bearing is gradually hammered into the shaft.

Third, the fan speed is too slow, the effect is not obvious after changing the capacitor is what is the reason?

It may be that the working time of the motor is too long, the bearing lubrication or the bearing itself has a problem, the continuous working time is too long, the temperature rise is too high, the lubricating oil in the bearing overflows or volatilizes, resulting in a large increase in resistance, difficulty in starting, and too slow speed. . In this case, replace the bearing or inject lubricant into the original bearing.

4. The motor with loose rotor shaft has high noise and high heat, and it has no moving load. Can it be repaired?

If the load is not heavy, it can be repaired by bonding. First, use a suitable steel pipe to cover the shaft, hit the steel pipe, and retract the rotor from the shaft. Wipe the rust of the shaft and the inner hole of the core with a fine abrasive cloth, and then wash with alcohol. After drying, GY-360 anaerobic adhesive is evenly coated in the shaft and the core hole, and the iron core is placed on the shaft in time, and the anaerobic glue is filled with the inner hole of the shaft hole. After standing for 6 hours, the rotor can be reused after the glue has completely solidified.

Fifth, the motor must first dial, let the shaft turn a turn, in order to start slowly, what is the reason?

This is mostly caused by capacitor failure or disconnection, and the secondary winding is broken. When starting, the external force turns the motor in which direction, and the motor starts in this direction, which is a malfunction phenomenon. The front and rear end caps of the motor are not concentric, and the rotor and the stator are slightly squeezed, which may cause difficulty in starting, but it can be operated normally after starting. A low supply voltage can also make the motor start-up difficult, but this has nothing to do with the motor itself.
