Ruifeng Higuchi announced on the 25th that it will invest in an annual production of 20,000 tons of PVC impact modifier.

The company stated that in order to expand the scale of production, adjust the product structure, and increase production capacity, it plans to invest 20,000 tons/year of PVC impact modifiers in the land to be purchased in the Economic Development Zone of Yishui County, Linyi City. The total investment of the project is 20 million yuan, and all sources of funds are self-raised. The project is planned to start in December 2011. The project construction period is approximately one year. After the project reaches production, the new operating income is expected to reach 150 million yuan, and the net profit will be 10 million yuan. .

At present, the current design, filing procedures, environmental assessment, safety assessment, feasibility study report and other procedures are being prepared.

PVC products have become the fourth largest industrial base material after wood, steel and cement. PVC impact modifier is an important additive for PVC products, mainly used in PVC hard products. In recent years, with the wide application of PVC hard products, PVC impact modifiers have been rapidly developed and become an important branch of plastics additives industry. With the trend of PVC additives industry gradually shifting from abroad to domestic, the export volume of PVC impact modifiers is also increasing.

The company expects the construction period of the project to be approximately one year. After the project is put into production, it can realize an annual operating income of 150 million yuan, an annual profit and tax of 18 million yuan, and an annual net profit of 10 million yuan.
