On August 24th, the "National Occupational Classification Dictionary" (mechanical part) revision working committee, expert committee joint meeting work deployment meeting was held in Beijing, a total of nearly 200 industry associations and identification agencies representatives attended. Li Ling, director of the Mechanical Training Office and director of the Machinery Industry Vocational Skills Identification and Guidance Center, presided over the meeting and reported on the preliminary work and overall implementation plan of the mechanical industry. She talked about the coordination and confirmation by the National Office of the Code, and clearly issued 124 revised occupations undertaken and participated by the China Machinery Industry Federation, including: 85 commitments and 39 participations. Among the 124 occupations, 23 are the second largest category of engineering and technical personnel, of which: 8 are undertaken and 15 are involved. 124 occupations involve the entire major machinery industry, while also adding a number of new occupations. Sun Bohuai, deputy director of the Codex Work Committee and chairman of the China Machine Enterprise Association, read the decision to hire experts in the ceremony. Xue Yiping, director of the Mechanical Training Committee and executive vice president of the China National Machinery Association, on behalf of the China National Machinery Association, put forward specific requirements and hopes for doing a good job in the industry and completing the task of completing the ceremony. Director Chen Lei of the Office of the Ministry of Human and Social Affairs introduced the revision of the National Occupational Classification Code and the specific revision, collection and platform requirements. She said that the 99 Codes are divided into 8 categories, 66 categories, 413 categories, and 1838 categories (occupation). After the development, a total of 2026 categories (occupation) were produced. Since the use of the 99 Grand Code, its existing problems have become more and more prominent, mainly the classification object and structural adjustment problems. The specific manifestations are: the original occupational connotation changes, the sub-category (occupation) is unevenly divided, and some occupations (work types) Improper categorization, occupational coverage is incomplete, and some occupational settings are out of touch with real needs. The main task of this time is to revise the name of the large class, the structure of the large class remains unchanged, adjust the structure of the middle class and the small class, add, delete, adjust the occupation and amend the occupation name. In principle, the total number of occupations has stabilized. Finally, Shi Zhongguang, deputy director of the Office of the Code, introduced the mechanical training tasks and the occupational distribution structure of the mechanical parts and opened the working platform. There are two occupations involved in the 99 Codes in my industry, 6-04-06-01 abrasive manufacturing workers, 6-04-06-02 abrasive tools manufacturing workers, there are six types of work involved, specifically 09-058 Abrasives, abrasives manufacturing, 09-131 corundum smelter, 09-132 silicon carbide smelter, 09-133 ordinary abrasive and micro-powder manufacturing, 09-134 special material abrasive manufacturing, 09-135 super-hard abrasive manufacturing . According to the spirit of this meeting, combined with the actual situation of our industry, through the discussion of my industry experts who participated in the meeting, I unanimously agreed that the "National Professional Standards for Abrasives Manufacturing Workers" and "Abrasive Tools Manufacturing Workers" completed in the previous stage under the guidance of the Vocational Appraisal Guidance Center. The National Professional Standards (reported by the Ministry of Social Affairs for approval) have already re-established the work types under these two occupations, which basically cover the existing products in our industry, and the content is more systematic and rational. The job is how to report the newly set job to replace the old one. My industry does not have this problem for adding new occupational problems. As for the discussion results at the meeting, the professional identification abrasives industry sub-center will conduct in-depth communication with the industry experts in the ceremony after the meeting to come up with final opinions.
