20 national gas standards and standards passed review

Twenty national gas standards such as octafluorocyclobutane used in the electronics industry and standards have recently been reviewed by the National Gas Standardization Technical Committee, the National Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Standardization Technical Committee Gas Subcommittee, and the National Standard Samples Technical Committee Gas Standard Sample Working Group. Experts agreed that the standards, standards and standard of the revised system have been greatly improved in science, rationality and operability, and have reached the level of international advanced standards. These standards and standards will play a positive role in regulating China's gas market, improving gas quality, and promoting international integration.
