1, noise problem

1 The suction pipe or the oil filter partially blocks the suction end. The connection is not tight and noise will be generated.

Corresponding measures: The dirt can be removed and the suction pipe can be unblocked.

2 The suction joint is not tightly sealed, air is entering, and the oil suction position is too high, which is also a cause of noise. Corresponding measures: Oil can be applied at the joint of the oil suction end. If it is better, tighten the joint or replace the seal to reduce the oil absorption height to reduce noise.

3 Gear pump tooth profile accuracy is not high or poor contact, pump internal parts damage gear pump axial clearance is too small, the gear inner hole and the end face perpendicularity or the parallel difference between the two holes on the pump cover will also produce noise.

Corresponding measures: Gears can be replaced or ground trimmed, damaged parts replaced and parts repaired.

4 There are still many factors that cause noise, eg: the relief valve orifice blocks the pipeline vibration.

1 The hydraulic original is not drained or pressure-free. The cause may be caused by poor contact between the vane pump oil pan and the pump body or the blade being stuck in the chute.


Corresponding measures: Repair the contact surface in time and re-adjust or clean the chute and blades and reinstall.

2 The steering of the prime mover and the hydraulic pump is not synchronized during operation, and the oil level of the fuel tank is too low and the suction pipe or the oil filter is blocked.

Corresponding measures: Correct the steering and steering in time, replenish the oil to the oil marking line, and clean the oil suction line or oil filter to make it smooth.

3 When the starting speed is too low, the inlet port leaks.

Underspeed of hydraulic actuators (cylinders and hydraulic motors) includes two situations:

1 The speed of fast movement (fast forward) is not fast enough to reach the design value and the specified value of the new equipment;

2 Under the load, its working speed (work advance) decreases significantly with the increase of load, especially for large hydraulic equipment and equipment with large load. This phenomenon is particularly remarkable, and the speed is generally related to the flow rate.

a. Underspeed first affects production efficiency and extends the working cycle time of hydraulic equipment;

b. Underspeed phenomenon often stops moving under heavy load, which will affect whether the equipment can work normally.

For equipment that requires fast motion, such as a surface grinder, insufficient speed can affect the roughness of the ground surface.

The cause is that the internal and external leakage of the system is serious: the general working pressure is lower when fast forward, but much higher than the return oil pressure. When the piston seal of the hydraulic cylinder is damaged, the internal leakage of the two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder is large due to the series cavity (there is a pressure difference), so that the rapid movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder is insufficient, and the internal and external leakage of other parts may also occur.
